Born in Narbonne, hooker Dimitri Szarzewski currently plays for French Top 14 side, Stade Francais. His first club was Beziers where he was playing when he received his first cap for his country, playing against Canada in July 2004. He went on to represent France in the 2005 Six Nations Championship. He signed for Stade Francais for the 2005-06 season and has since played in numerous Heineken Cup matches and Six Nations championship fixtures.
