Teenage flyhalf Matt Toomua will make his senior debut for the Wallabies in the midweek match against Cardiff Blues on Tuesday.
19-year-old Toomua, who had a stint at Western Province in the Currie Cup, is one of three changes to the side that kicked off the tour on a winning note with a 36-5 victory over Gloucester on November 5.
The other changes see James O’Connor start at fullback with Kurtley Beale moving onto the wing in place of Drew Mitchell and Pekahou Cowan starting at loosehead with Sekope Kepu switching to tighthead, relegating Salesi Ma'afu to the bench.
The Cardiff Blues side, to be captained by All Black No 8 Xavier Rush, include internationals such as Sam Warburton, Gareth Cooper, Sam Norton-Knight, Gareth Thomas, Ben Blair, Rhys Thomas and Paul Tito.
