Vodacom Western Province kept their hopes of qualification for the Currie Cup semi-finals alive with a bonus point 35-17 win over the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.

In the other outstanding game of the weekend, the Sharks beat the Blue Bulls 34-24 in Durban.
