Italy name rookie fly-half

Treviso fly-half Alberto Di Bernardo will make his Test debut for Italy in Saturday's clash with Saouth Africa at Kings park in Durban.

Di Bernardo is the only new cap in the Azzurri matchday 23 as he takes over from Luciano Orquera, who drops to the bench having been the first choice fly-half during Italy's strong Six Nations campaign.

Former skipper Marco Bortolami returns to the second row after a year out following a shoulder injury.

In total there are eight changes to the team that beat Ireland in March including a revamped midfield featuring youngsters Luca Morisi and Alberto Sgarbi.
