The Cheetahs have made one change to their starting XV to face the Stormers in Bloemfontein, with Sarel Pretorius dropping to the bench.

Piet van Zyl is prefered ahead of the former Waratahs halfback, while Burton Francis retains the number 10 jersey after replacing the injured Riaan Smit before kick-off last week.

The Cheetahs are chasing a record fifth consecutive victory this weekend, and will fancy their chances again at home.

However, they don't have the best winning record against the Stormers - losing their last seven outings against the men from Cape Town.

"The Stormers are always a quality side and can never be underestimated," said coach Naka Drotske.

"They are good on defence and we expect a tough game this weekend. It is always a close game when we play against them.

"We want to do good. It is important for us to keep the momentum of the last couple of weeks."
