Kings chop and change
Former Springbok centre Waylon Murray will start for the Kings in Friday's Super Rugby hit-out against the Brumbies in Canberra.
Murray comes in for the injured Hadleigh Parkes, who broke his arm against the Hurricanes last weekend.
As a result, Ronnie Cooke shifts to the wing and Murray partners captain Andries Strauss in the Kings midfield.
Scrum-half Nicolas Vergallo is also promoted from the bench and starts in place of injured Shaun Venter (bruised ankle) - another casualty from last week's loss in Wellington.
There are two changes to the front row as hooker Bandise Maku rotates with Hannes Franklin - who scored a consolation try when he came on as a replacement for the Kings - and prop Grant Kemp gets the nod, with Kevin Buys moving to the bench.
Two other changes in the pack sees Cornel du Preez back at number eight after recovering from a tight hamstring injury, which means Jacques Engelbrecht will be riding pine in the Aussie capital.
There's also a change at lock as Rynier Bernado partners vice-captain Steven Sykes in the second row.
