The Stormers have announced that hooker Martin Bezuidenhout will join the squad at the start of next week from the Lions as short-term cover.

With Scarra Ntubeni having had shoulder surgery this week and Tiaan Liebenberg out with a back injury, Bezuidenhout joins until the end of March. Super Rugby would then be in full swing so why not look to bet on March madness online or check for some great options on your favorite betting site.

"Martin will initially be here until the end of March, but it could be longer - depending on the fitness of Tiaan and Scarra," coach Allister Coetzee told the Stormers website.

The 23-year-old hooker has represented the Lions at every level - including two seasons of Super Rugby and the 2011 Currie Cup Final.

"As I said earlier this week, we needed a hooker with Super Rugby and big-game experience and Martin certainly fits the bill," Coetzee added.

"He also came very highly-recommended by his peers and we're looking forward to welcoming him at training on Monday and getting him up to speed with our systems."
