Jantjies heading to the Cape
Oct 29,2012
Lions fly-half Elton Jantjies will play next year's Super Rugby competition with the Stormers as part of a loan agreement.
With Demetri Catrakilis joining the Kings and Peter Grant's return from Japan not yet confirmed, Jantjies looks set to inherit the number 10 jersey from the outset.
"I approved his contract before the weekend," Western Province Rugby Union president Thelo Wakefield told Keo.co.za.
"Elton's inclusion will be a big boost for the team."
The Stormers have been a major beneficiary of the Kings replacing the Lions for the 2013 season. Utility-back Jaco Tatue has also joined the Newlands outfit on loan while prop Pat Cillers and flank Michael Rhodes have signed permanent deals with the Stormers.

Thank goodness! I heard Catrakilis was still pondering whether to go to the Kings or not? Can anyone confirm? Based on his match-winning performance against the Sharks, I'm sure WP want him to stay put.
