Firstly Clean [removed], I never said I would beat you at the run. I said you would probably beat me coz I dont run long distance. Further more, I have nothing to prove to you in the gym. I train to be the best I can and do the best I can. You are the old [removed] with the chip on your shoulder that thinks we think he is so strong because he tells us he is. Ha ha you are a joke old timer. Unlike you, I have made my avatar a pic of me playing rugby so your theory of fat and all the rest is blown out of the water.
Your statement: Even though you have no idea what that useless oldman does when training. What kind of weight he's using for say bench press ... or just how intense his program may be.
Very cute oupa. I think if you read back, you will find that it is u with this whole "training" infatuation not me. I dont give a [removed] what program you follow. I hope for your sake tho it involves plenty cardio to keep that heart pumping. Lets be real old man..You aint gaining any muscle at this age...Sorry to burst your bubble..
If i "disappear" its because im at work..You know, that place you go everyday when you young and fit. One day I will be just like you, on pension, infront of my computer all day asking the next gen for tips on training and telling them how strong I am in my 50's and expect them to take me seriously ;-)
Why is it so hard for you to believe that anyone can have a fitness program?? Is it impossible to get one?

What the [removed] does the older generation have to do with any of my struggles?? Do you actually read what you write? Lets take Mozart for example. Older guy, will smash you tossers with wit and smarts anyday of the week. Then we have you and Rooi, 50+ years old and I dont think you could outwit a toddler. Or maybe your lives were so bad that you trying to live them again but this time be the total opposite of what you were..
So my summary of you Clean Cut..A fat, old, balding [removed] that has not run 10km's in 50 years (nevermind per day) and never seen a gym..The only "program" you stick to is Jamie Olivers 15 minute meals and you wear your under pants over your pants and pretend you superman on this blog?
