What a disgrace that was.  But then the selection of players could only result in disaster.   Behardien is a Christmas gift to the opposition and Miller cannpot play spin bowling - whilst Ontong is a disgrace way past it.   Our bowling attack was a joke.   Where was De Kock - he was on form the best 20-20 player in SA this year - but sat on the bench.

aaron paghiso from the lions would have been a better choice than the highly overrated glue sniffing ontong. ontong has never performed at this level. he is 33 years old when will the selectors ever understand that he offers no future development at all. paghiso is young and does bowl a lot better. de kock should have at least opened with AB and should have kept wicket in my view as he sould be groomed to be the number 2.

behardien is a complete joke. a player completly out of sorts on the top level. and miller has also never performed at this level so why are they still in the team ? abbot showed he is till a test player and morris showed a lot more promise and in my view should get a ODI or test call up. the t20 team mentality should change as it seems the shorter version of the game the pro tears suffers from the success in the test arena as they seem hung over for the past 2 series now already.

It really is amazing how players are selected to play in the 20-20 side and in ODI's.   I was watcning the 20-20 game between the Knights and the Titans last night.   Adams - the opening batter for the national side really is a Christmas batter - he got a first ball duck tonight.  Behardien came along - hit a six and next ball clean bowled  with a total score of 7 runs.   

It could be accepted if it was not a regular thing - but on franchise level - the two players mentioned are performing dismally 70% of the time,   Maybe we shoud have an investigation  as to selection - it looks very much that a weirdo like Saffex is influencing selections in this case.
