Fattus, ask who ever you like. We already know it's a Grade 2 listed property, the real estate agents are calling every day to turn it into a huge new development. But you are so bored with it all that you don't have a picture. Perhaps others recall this, perhaps they don't....but while you are doing your enquiries, provide some basis for your claim that the value exceeds that of my modest little place.
