turned the corner with his game? After pole-axing them in Thailand last week he is making a mockery of Leopards Creek. The way he's going he might be taking over from Ernie and Retief as one of our finest....here' hoping.

Charl had a nagging injury problem for a while and only recently got over it.   Apparently there was some pain every time he hit a ball.    I watched a bit of golf the past two weeks and he did extremely well.   Golf is as mch physical as it is a mind game as well.   He has his mind set on the majors next year.

Leopards Creek is a very difficult golf course - and most players struggle on it.   21 under is really unbelievable - no wonder the next players struggle to get double figures .    

I liked the fact that he was not satisfied with any shot, short of perfection....he seems to have become mentally tougher. He always had the swing, and has added a deadly wedge touch, perhaps because when he was hurt, he could still practice his wedge play.
