Wind back the clock to Sydney when Legend Smith removed the plaster from his arm to face a steaming Michael Johnson......for that Smithy received a standing ovation from a knowledgeable cricket crowd. At 77/4 no betting man would have dared a few cents on the Proteas. Take a bow you brave hearts. With regards to the Boks, I actually thought that England had the better of the game but for our guys heroic defensive efforts and to be honest our win was laced with a touch of luck. Thems the breaks. Still our boys were heroes in defence.
