The Shack Swami made a big call yesterday, he asked for the return of PdV. I was a bit shocked, but perhaps there are other posters out there who would turn back the clock? Personally I can't think of anything good that came out of PdV's tenure, except perhaps the confusion tactic, which really worked with smarmy Pom reporters. Thoughts?

PDV maybe a clown, but he has some major bragging rights over other Bok coaches,,,

- only Bok coach to beat the All Blacks in dunedin

- lions series win

- white wash over the All Blacks (only Bok coach to this and win a series against the lions)

- most succesful coach vs the All Blacks in NZ, winning two games in NZ which accounts for the three total that the Boks have won in the professional era.
 

I really am missing the words of idiocy of De Villiers - he made a myriad of idiotic comments that nobody could really understand.   Meyer recently has been more careful - but his original talk was all crap.
