Habana's purple patch
September 29, 2012, 23:39:11

I can't believe that 2 years ago I wrote habana off and felt that he was just their on reputation. Over the course of this season his been getting better and better.

Today he hit a purple patch with a hatrick. None of his tries were easy as he showed his skill, creativity, pace and finishing.

It was great to do see that the kick chase was used sparingly and with Goosen injecting some pace into the backline, I wonder what could have been if Habana didn't play with such a predictable flyhalf.

By all means the Aussies was just plain abysmal today and next week will be the real test. Can Habana and the boys go out there and make a difference.

Lack of confidence.....and now the confidence is back...big time. Bryan out produced Digby today in a big clash

Many years ago, i heard Steve Waugh say in a press conference "form is temporary, class is permanent"

...enough said!
