The pitch told him all night the spinners are enjoying this. we could have choked them out the game in the last 3 overs using all spinners.

I am also very concerned about our opening pair.....they appear not be be able to play spin and the guy from Province does not seem to be able to play any bowlers.

du Plessis is not the answer either.

The running between wickets was extremely poor throughout the innings...with a bit of an effort they could easily have scored another 25 runs instead of strolling between wickets.

Duminy, de Villiers as always did their part and Steyn, Peterson bowled well as did Botha.

Pity but I can't see them getting to the next round.

 Arthur, there seems to be a consitency problem. Ironically Levi has been our best batsman in the tournament if you look at runs scored so far through the whole tournament but he has not been good, on that note, none of our batsmen have been good. Our second best batsman of the tournament has been JP Duminy and he has notorious problems with spin very ironic. Althoug both of them have been our best they have not been good at all, as they are lying really low on the accumulative runs scored sheet. 

On another note, regarding Levi, he will always be a high risk choice. Due to the nature of how he bats, he aint there to score alot of runs he is there to score fast at the outset. and hopefully pile on a few runs very quickly to put the opposition on the backfoot, this is very effective when he succeeds when he fails which is just as likley you need good supporting shows around him. The idea is right, the execution is not, as all the batsman around him should take up the supporting role. He is not supposed to score alot of runs, he is supposed to score at a high runrate. He is also not supposed to be our highest run getter thus the indication is towards his opening partner and number 3 and 4 that fail to regularly. Again the expectation from Levi is not to score alot of runs, once we understand that strategy we understand why Gary picks him.

 Ek I get your point.

But.....how many times must you fail to deliver before you are replaced?

Peterson should replace Levi as an opener in my opinion.

 Which peterson? Robbie, you arent serious.... Alviro neither, he is a test player no T20 player bats waaaayy to slow. nah Levi is the right type of player and the right idea for T20's, i won't use him in the ODIs or Tests. He should stay and remain a t20 specialist opener. He just needs some form. but then again so do everyone, hell this has been the worst batting performance by an Sa team in a competition for years. we don't have a single batsman in the top 10 for the tournament, tells you alot.

The only kid as an opener that i would be able to do the same as Levi can as an opener in t20's would be quitin de Kock. But i would like Quintin to open the test side as he oozes so much talent T20's will be a waste. 

A simple point but I think one should drop any use of the word choker re T20. Its a very high risk scenario and anyone can come a cropper at any stage.

 Agreed, and adding to that, using the word choker for this team is a disgrace towards previous teams that did well in the tournament and choked come the final knockout stages.
